Book a weekly series

Turn on Repeat weekly in the booking form and choose the date the series runs until: the same room and time are booked every week (except any that conflict), each week as its own booking. You cancel weeks from the series itself; to change one, contact the studio.

Book a series

Where the studio lets renters book weekly series, the booking form has a Repeat weekly switch. Turn it on and the form becomes New recurring series.

  1. Choose the first date, the time, the room and the rate, as for a single booking (see Book a room).
  2. Under Until, pick the last date. The series repeats weekly through that date.
  3. Check Occurrences: every week is listed, and a week you can’t book at that time (the room is taken, the time is blocked or outside opening hours) is marked Conflict and left out. The count of weeks included is what you book.
  4. Continue as for a single booking: sign in, accept the studio’s terms, then finish the payment step. A series is always paid by card online: the studio must take payment online for you to book one.

A studio can limit how far ahead a series can start, how many active series you hold and how many weeks one series can have: see When you can book.

Each week is its own booking

  • Each week has its own price and is listed on its own in My bookings.
  • Each week is cancelled on its own, under the studio’s cancellation rules for series (set apart from those for single bookings), as they stood when you booked the series.
  • You can’t change the room or time of one week yourself: a week’s page has no Change Booking button. Contact the studio to move it.

Your series sheet

Open any week of the series and choose Manage in recurring series. The series sheet shows its Schedule (the weekday and time it repeats, with the first and last dates) and its Actions:

  • Cancel all future cancels every upcoming week you can still cancel. You review the fees and refunds before you confirm.
  • Under Bookings in this series, Cancel cancels one week. It is greyed out for a week you can no longer cancel yourself.
  • Renew this series opens the booking form filled in with your series, to book the next stretch.

After your last week, no more weeks are booked. Your weekly time is held for you so you can renew: the hold starts with your series and lasts until a set number of days after its last date, a number the studio sets. See Your held slot.

Renew your series

From your series, or from the Held for you block on the calendar, tap Renew this series. The form opens with your room, time, rate, notes and reminder, starting the week after your series ends (or on its next date, if it has already ended). Each week says whether it’s free. Weeks that can’t be booked are skipped, and Add a week at the end keeps the count. Your held slot moves to the new series once it’s booked. If the studio set your series’ price, or doesn’t take renewals online, the line under the button says why: contact the studio.

ExampleTuesdays, 7–9 p.m., winter term

You book Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. in the same room, starting January 6, until March 31. That makes 13 Tuesdays, but the room is already booked on February 17.

  • Occurrences lists the 13 Tuesdays and marks February 17 as Conflict: 12 are included, and 12 bookings are made.
  • Each of the 12 weeks is its own booking in My bookings, with its own price.
  • You can’t make it on March 10: on the series sheet, you cancel that Tuesday alone, and the studio’s rules for series decide whether it is free, costs a fee, or can no longer be cancelled.
  • You want 6 to 8 p.m. on March 3 instead: you ask the studio, because a week of a series can’t be changed from your side.
  • After March 31 the series has no more weeks. To keep your Tuesdays, renew it before the studio’s hold ends.
